camera_lensThe objective of every mashthatbutton photograph is to produce an image more interesting than what was photographed. That always begins with light, color and texture. Add a little form and, if the result tickles the brain, the result is a photograph. A painting, if you will, made with a camera lens.

The outcome is a wide variety of subjects, often simple, sometimes aged, and occasionally even unrecognizable. Many are from nature, but architecture and other man-made objects are also common. The subjects, found anywhere and everywhere, are seldom people or places. And, all could be shown your mother or your children without concern or embarrassment.

Each photograph stands on its own. Most are unrelated to any other … except for a shared fealty to light, color and texture.

Most mashthatbutton photographs are available in sizes ranging from 5″x7″ to 16″x20″ as prints, matted prints, and matted and framed prints.

  • All photographs are printed on Kodak Professional Endura Premier Lustre papers for long life.
  • Prints are matted with acid-free archival-quality materials, including bevel-cut Crescent Select 9500 mat board in neutral “White Glove” color.
  • Unless otherwise noted, the frames are constructed of black molding stock having both a width and depth of approximately 1 inch. All framed prints have clear glass fronts, paper dust-proofing backs, and pre-installed hanging wires.
